What are Erasmus+ teacher training courses?
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s programme for education and training. Under Key Action 1 (KA1), it funds the mobility of school staff: teachers and other education professionals travel to another European country to take a structured training course. It is one of the most rewarding forms of professional development available, and it is designed to have a lasting impact on your teaching and your school. Our courses are teacher training in Bordeaux delivered in English (except the French language courses), in small groups, by trainers who are practising educators. They run throughout the year and follow the Erasmus Quality Standards, with a Europass Mobility certificate on completion.

How Erasmus+ funding works
Your school or organisation applies for an Erasmus+ KA1 grant through its National Agency. The grant covers travel, accommodation, meals, cultural activities and course fees, so attending is effectively free for the participant. Our courses are priced to fit within the grant.
As an accredited Erasmus+ host organisation (OID E10260484), European Teachers can support you through the whole process, from choosing a course to preparing your Learning Agreement.
