You receive our availability for your dates, a detailed programme and the pre-registration documents you need to build your Erasmus+ KA1 application.
You confirm and prepare your grant file
We send the invoice, the learning agreement and any additional documentation required by your national agency, so your institution can plan the mobility within its Erasmus+ grant.
We prepare your arrival in Bordeaux
If you chose the all-inclusive option, we book your apart-hotel and organise your airport transfers. On arrival, everything is ready: course material, cultural programme and a warm welcome.
